Restaurant General Manager
Lead and inspire a high-performing team at our costa vida flagship Provo location. As General Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage P&L, and cultivate a culture of excellence. This is an opportunity to make a real impact at Costa Vida.
- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- P&L management knowledge
- ServSafe certification (or willing to obtain)
- Availability including weekends
Line Cook / Prep Cook
Bring our fresh, authentic Mexican recipes to life on the line. You'll prepare ingredients, maintain food quality standards, and work as part of a collaborative kitchen crew. No prior experience required — we train all our cooks from the ground up.

Catering & Events Coordinator
Coordinate and manage catering orders, corporate events, and large group bookings for Costa Vida. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with kitchen and operations teams to deliver seamless, memorable dining experiences at every event.
- 2+ years in events, sales, or catering coordination
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- CRM or order management software experience
- Valid driver's license
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Digital Marketing Specialist
Drive Costa Vida's online presence and digital growth strategy. You'll manage social media channels, create compelling content, run paid ad campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to keep our costavida brand vibrant and relevant across the United States.
- 2+ years digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in social media platforms & paid ads
- Content creation and copywriting skills
- Google Analytics or similar tools experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
